The existing drum dumpers, aged over a decade, no longer met the demands of the panning lines, and their original manufacturer had ceased production. Adhering to the fabrication principles of our well-regarded 90° Tippers, we initiated the development of the LDT Drum Dumper. The comprehensive solution incorporated push-button controls, dependable limit switches, and a robust 304 stainless steel chute. Moreover, the engineering marvel included a Hydac All-in-One Power Unit, counterbalance systems, pressure relief valves, and a dependable 120V single-phase motor, all combined to ensure seamless operation.
