Application:
This machine is designed for packing steel coils by material such as woven craft, crepe paper, VCI paper, stretch film, etc, to make the steel coil well protected, dustproof, waterproof, looks tidy and more convenient for transportation. GD800 with trolley is especially for heavy coils packing, with moveable trolley safe and convenient for coil loading& offloading. To reduce damage during transport and bring other logistical advantages to its overall operation.

3.Height of the ring board could be adjusted by motor according to different coil OD.

5.Independent packing material storage board for storing paper roll.
6.The packing tape length is calculated by PLC and cut automatically according to different coil size.
7.Rollers to protect the coils from shaking and fix the position. The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane for long time use.
8.Protective guard of ring part for safe operation.
9.Both manual and automatic working mode can be chose.
10.Converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to needs.
11.Soft start and soft stop functions for safety operation.
12.Overloading protection.
13.Both electric limitation and mechanical limitation for operation system.
14.The friction between wheels and ring is adjustable.
15.Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.
16.Packaging tension of the material is adjustable.
17.Difference packing material can be chose.
18.Independent electrical control cabinet for easy operation and maintenance. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
