SK-060BBS automatic bundle sleeve packaging machine is designed by SHJLPACK for “carton stacking collective packaging”, connect to production line and operate the feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling fully automatic without human interference. Different composing ways are optional: 10 boxes(2*5）、9 boxes(3*3)、12boxes(3*4)、15boxes(3*5).......

2.“Siemens PLC” and programmable controller are adopted, collect the electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components into one system.
3.Production requirement such as two lines, three lines, four lines... are workable for this machine. Only need to switch the rotating switch when changing the packing form.
4.Worm gear reducer is used, less vibration for in-feeding and film feeding process.
5.Sealing is secure and not easy to open. No sticking to the sealer as well adopt Teflon coating. PE material made conveyor, anti-abrasive and strengthened.
6.Automatic feeding parts choosen depends on the shape of bottles.
7.Using colorful packing materials is available, color coding system is to achieve positioning function.
8.In-feed from the right side or left side based on the working place requirement is workable for our conveyor system.
9.SHJLPACK use two blowers. the heat is distributed to every corner. Get a much more nice shrinked package.
10.The solid steel pole is used to outsource the imported silicone rubber tube, which is transported by chain bar, and the silicone is durable.
11.Conveyor speed is controlled by frequency inerter, easy to use.
12.Excellent wind cooling system, fast cool down speed.
13. Extra roller table can be add next to the exit of shrink tunnel, avoid falling to floor.
