1.Summary:

(1).The machinery system is composed of feeding system, plastic bagging system, discharging system, can applied for bagging operation to pipe bundles of diameterΦ20mm,Φ25mm,Φ32mm,Φ38mm,Φ50mm,Φ60mm&etc, length 3000mm,max bundle diameter≤200mm(or as required)

(2).The machinery is controlled by the general control panel.

(3).The required working capacity of this machine is more than two packs per minute.

 

2.  Process description:

(1).Transfer the pipe bundle from the aggregate frame to the front-end feeding system of the bagging machine manually.

(2).The pipe bundles be transferred to the bagging station one by one.

(3).Automatic bagging operation.

(4).Settling and fixing operation for one end of the bundle after bagging.

(5).The bagged bundled be pushed into the aggregate car.

(6).The aggregate car be moved and cleared manually.

 

3. Basic description and technical data

(1). Feeding system(storage and transfer)：

With aggregation functions,is the front-end equipment of the bagging system.

Adopt the horizontal transfer technology to ensure the product can enter into the bagging station smoothly.
