How to Use Coil Upenders FZ-30

 Coil upender not only can be used to upend the paper roll, steel coil, mould, steel sheet independently; but also can be connect with conveyor to be an automatic packing line for automatic packing.

This kind of tipping product is incredibly simple to use, just follow these easy steps!

Step One. Put the steel coil or paper roll to the machine

Step Two. Press the beginning button watching as the load is upending

Step Three. Take away the load in the upender

If the coil upender is connect with conveyor, the step difference between above is in the loading and unloading. As usually, the coil loaded and unloaded in the upending station by hoist, forklift or crane softly. For automatic packing line, the coil is conveyed in & out in the upending station automatically. So as to improve working efficiency and save labor force in some degree.

For coil upender FZ-30, the upend coil can be reached to 30 tons, if the coil throw away, it is very dangerous. Considering the safety problem, we will make a special design for this coil upender, such as use stronger double chains, increase gear reduction ratio, use bigger power motor, strong the machine whole structure and etc.
