SUMMARY:
This packing line contains a set of pipe bundling machine and a set of pipe baggingmachine, which can also be used independently. The automatic operations of this packing line including pipe collecting, counting, aligning, bundling, strapping, feeding conveyor, bagging, etc. It can be connected with the extruders for online operation. It is a set of efficient, convenient and safe wrapping machinery for pipe, pipe bundle packaging.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Pipe collecting:
online: connect the packing machine with one or several extruders;
offline: collect the pipes into a aggregate basket from extruders by manual and ready for packing.
2. Feeding and storing the pipe into the bundling station one by one.
3. Count and accumulate the number of the pipes by program automatically.
4. Aligning the two ends of the pipe bundle.
5. Bundling and strapping the pipes into a bundle by stretch film.
6. The strapped pipe bundled ejected and conveyed to the bagging machine.(or moving to storage)
7. Automatic bag making and the pipe bundles be filled into the bag and sealed automatically.
8. The bagged pipe bundle be pushed into the aggregate car/basket.
PIPE BUNDLING MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
1.Storage & lifting system(offline)
It is for pipe collecting and storage, enable the operation of offline bundling, and ensure the working of the extruders uninterrupted. The pipe lifter is for lifting the pipe one by one and counting the pipe for bundling preparation. The machine can also be applied online connected with the pipe extruders.
